After remaining in academic radiology for three years following residency at Montefiore Hospital and Medical Center, Dr. Appelman joined RAH in 1977. His subspecialty expertise is in breast, Body CT and PET imaging. Dr. Appelman was Chief of Radiology at Memorial Hospital West and has developed our practice at that site from 1992 through 1997. Dr. Appelman served as Chief of Radiology at Memorial Regional Hospital and the South Broward Hospital District from 1997 to 2001.
